Daily Health Tip


Eat a bowl full of fruits and/or veggies each night with dinner. Just go easy on the dressing and high-fat toppings.

Cleanse your face before going to bed even if you have been indoors & applied no makeup to get rid of bacteria,dead cells and oil.

Rub an ice cube over your face before applying foundation. This closes your pores and prevents them from getting clogged with makeup.

Do not heat nonstick cookware on high flame as this can cause the release of toxic chemicals from coating material.

Use glassware instead of plastic containers in the microwave as chemicals from plastic can contaminate food at high temperature.

Avoid using harsh cleansers even if u have oily skin. Something that makes ur skin feel tight and dry is not right for it.
