Adding fresh lemon juice to your meals helps boost your immunity and fight infections.


A healthy balanced diet and regular exercise for atleast 50 minutes daily are the basic requirements.


Sufficient sleep, water, put potato slices on your eyes when you are relaxing. Creams with vitamin K and kojic aid also helps.


Ideally, you should be exercising for atleast 250 minutes in a week, which comes to about 50 minutes 5 times a week.


If excessive stress makes u depressed/withdrawn,rhythmic exercise wud be the perfect stress busting technique for you.
